Last Wednesday we invited Dr. Alex Wong of Cambridge University and RedBite Solutions to come and talk about RFID, DePIN, their strategic investment in dVIN Labs, and how together we will build a global DePIN Network, tracking luxury wine bottles from grape to glass.
It was a wide-ranging conversation, starting with the origins of RFID at Cambridge, how the term Internet of Things was coined - and where that concept is going, and how blockchain technology and RFID are the perfect combination for global identity and physical asset tracking.
