This week on Wine Wednesday, Dave and I went full Chardonnay — from crisp Chablis to creamy Napa and even an unexpected bottle from Jura. Spoiler: I uncorked a 2022 Chassagne-Montrachet way too young — total sacrilege, I know. But when Chardonnay Day rolls around and there’s only one bottle in the house, sacrifices must be made. All in the name of Wine Wednesday. I finished it last night and despite its youth, it was stunning. Justice was served (eventually). You're welcome, Burgundy gods.
